TAMA CANADA CONTEST RULES 2024

1. How it works
   1. Provided you satisfy our eligibility criteria in section 2; you can enter the Competition by scanning the QR code on the participation link or postcard/poster/post you received from us and entering your details on the designated page on our website.
      You are solely responsible for ensuring that your entry is properly submitted (including properly completing any required registration).
   2. Once your entry has been received, it will be entered into a random draw taking place on 1st February 2025 where all entries will be selected at random by a designated staff or other third party that will be chosen by us.
   3. The following prizes is available to be won:
      1. 1 prize of – Claas 2 Netwrap rolls give away or 1 Pallet of Quadotex Twine ($2000 value).
      2. 1 prize of- John Deere 2 Netwrap or 2 John Deere Mega Rolls or 1 Pallet of John Deere Impax Twine ($2000 Value).
      3. 1 prize of- Kubota 2 Netwrap rolls give away.
      4. 1 prize of- Tama 2 Netwrap rolls give away.
   4. The Competition will run from 1st of October 2024 until 31st of January 2025 (“Closing Date”) inclusive. However, we may vary the Closing Date at our sole discretion. Where this happens, we will update these terms accordingly showing the date the change was made.
   5. All entries must be received by us by no later than midnight on the Closing Date (whether original or altered).
      Once the draw has taken place and the winner is identified, we will contact you using the contact details provided on your entry form within sixty (60) days.
   6. All Competition entries will become our property on receipt.
2. Eligibility
   1. The Competition is only open to individuals over 18 years old or organization, residents of Canada.
   2. There is a limit of one entry to the Competition per person.
   3. By entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to enter and eligible to win. We reserve the right to require you to prove your eligibility at any time.
   4. Our employees and/or employees of our parent company, subsidiaries or other affiliated companies are not eligible to enter this Competition.
   5. We may request valid proof of identity, residency, age and other relevant documentation, and we may disqualify a contestant if we (in our sole discretion) decide that the provided proof is not sufficient.
   6. We reserve the right to disqualify you if we consider at any time that your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition or in breach of these terms.
3. Prizes
   1. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternative is available.
   2. There will be one winner for each Prize that will be chosen during the competition.
   3. We reserve the right to substitute any Prize with a prize of equal or greater value (at our discretion) if necessary or appropriate (due to circumstances beyond our control).
   4. We will attempt to contact you on three (3) occasions on three (3) separate days. If we are unable to make contact with you after this time, we reserve the right to allocate the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from correct entries received before the Closing Date. We may notify you in these circumstances.
   5. We are under no obligation to allow a third party to claim the Prize on your behalf.
   6. Decisions made by us in relation to the Prize winners shall be final. We shall send the name of the winner to anyone who contacts us within one month of the Closing Date. No other related correspondence or discussions relating to Prize winners will be entered into.
   7. Prizes will be delivered to you at your nominated address within 30 days. If there is any problem with the Prize received, you must notify us within three (3) days of delivery, otherwise you will be deemed to have accepted the Prize.
4. Cancellation
   We may cancel, change, extend or suspend the contest if for any reason we cannot run the Competition as planned (including as a result of bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, infection by computer virus or any other cause that corrupts, impairs or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest). If that occurs, we may award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment or award no prizes.
5. Disclaimers
   We are not responsible for and does not accept liability for any loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from: (a) your participation in, or inability to participate in, the contest; (b) any lost, delayed, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or undeliverable entries, or any delay or failure to transmit, process, receive or consider entries; (c) any technical failures affecting your participation in the contest or the operation of the contest; (d) any injury or damage to persons or property caused directly or indirectly from your participation in the contest; (e) your receipt, use or redemption of any prize, or your inability to receive, use or redeem any prize; or (f) human error, theft, destruction or other factors beyond our control.
6. Release and Indemnity
   By participating in this Competition you release and agreed to indemnify and hold us harmless from any damages, injuries, claims, causes of action, liability or losses (including actual legal fees and expenses), known or unknown, absolute or contingent, arising from or related to: (a) your failure to comply with any of these rules; (b) your participation in the Competition; (c) any misrepresentation you make under these rules or otherwise to us; or (d) your receipt, use or redemption of any prize, or your inability to receive, use or redeem any prize.
7. Personal Information Consent.
   Any personal information provided to enter the Competition will be used only to administer the contest, for the purposes described in these rules, or as otherwise required or permitted by law, or as otherwise agreed to by you and you consent to us using and disclosing your personal information for these purposes. Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available at: www.tamacanada.ca/privacy-policy.
